Kurt is amazing at his job, and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a home. Me and my family are not the easiest to work with, as we have a whole host of special considerations that made finding a home difficult. We have a wheelchair user, and a son with special  needs. On top of that, we had to sell our home before buying another,so Kurt had to negotiate contingency offers. We were very specific in the house that we were looking for. Kurt put so much time and effort into showing us homes, many of which just weren't going to work for our family. We had seen one of the homes listed on Zillow, but didn't really consider it because it was missing a couple of features we were hoping for. Kurt convinced us that it would should at least go and look at it, and since we were in the area we caved in. I am so glad Kurt convinced us to consider this house. I absolutely love it. We have been living here for 4 months and every morning I wake up and look at my backyard and tell myself how much I absolutely love my house. I love the neighborhood, I love the location, and I love the room we have. The best part about the whole interaction with Kurt is not only did he find us the perfect house, he also got us in a great neighborhood for a bargain price. And in turn, sold our house for top of the market prices, which allowed us to build our dream pool. We owe him so much! If you choose him as your realtor, you will not be disappointed, and he'll become a part of your family just like he's become a part of ours.

Kurt knew what we wanted in a house and delivered. We shopped during peak moving season, in a seller's market, so it wasn't easy.
